Leadline HQ
Privacy policy
Last updated 2 November 2026
The short version: we collect what we need to run your marketing and pass enquiries to you. We don't sell personal information. You can ask to see or correct what we hold at any time.
This policy explains how Leadline HQ (ABN 50 830 774 050) handles personal information, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- From our start form: your name, business name, trade, the area you work in, phone, email and current website if you give it.
- From members: account and billing details, and the information we need to set up your website and ads.
- Enquiry and lead data: when someone contacts a member through a website we run, we collect what they submit (such as name, phone, email, suburb and job details) and, where call tracking is used, call details and recordings if enabled.
- Ad and conversion tracking: our websites use cookies and similar tools, including Google tags, to record visits, ad clicks and enquiries, and which booked jobs came from which ads. This data is mostly about devices and activity rather than identifying people directly.
Why we collect it
To respond to you, onboard and support members, deliver enquiries to the right business, run and improve Google Ads campaigns, bill for our services, and meet our legal obligations. We only use information for these purposes or ones you'd reasonably expect.
Who we share it with
- The member business an enquiry was meant for.
- Google, for Google Ads and measurement.
- Hosting, email and software providers that help us run our websites, app and communications.
- Payment providers, to process subscriptions.
- Anyone we're required to share with by law.
Some providers may store data outside Australia, for example in the United States. We choose reputable providers and take reasonable steps to ensure they protect it. We never sell personal information.
Storage and security
We store information with secure, access-controlled providers and limit access to people who need it. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.
Direct marketing
We'll only send you marketing if you've asked to hear from us or would reasonably expect it, and every message lets you opt out.
Access and correction
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or to correct it, by emailing LeadlineHQ@leadlinehq.com.au. We'll respond within 30 days. If you contacted a member business through one of our sites, you can also ask them directly.
Complaints
If you have a concern, email us first and we'll work to fix it. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
